Duties and responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction and tactical execution of Sales Operations team;
Be the expert in Sales Operations team for all current and new Sales/CRM tools (Example - Salesforce) to maximise their use for end to end Sales process, and its effective impact across all internal stakeholders across the organisation;
Lead deployment of chosen Sales/CRM tools and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customisation, reports and dashboards proactively and on ad-hoc basis.
Lead Sales Operations team to create ‘best in class’ practices to realise data-driven decision making, and best industry practices such as AI and other predictive methodologies;
Lead tools training efforts of Sales organization and other internal teams, manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees and partners;
Implement strategic territory planning and forecasting;
Systematically relieve bottlenecks in sales process and related operations;
Be self-starter, flexible to wear many functions inside Sales organization as needed, work with cross functional business partners to solve company problems;
