HR Administrator

We are looking for HR Administrator to build and maintain HR Operations to ensure business continuity by performing below responsibilities:


  • Prepare & keep all statutory HR documentations required by legislation
  • Track amendments to contract to ensure documentation up-to date
  • Preparation of contractual documentation for new hires
  • Follows up with candidates relative to pre-hire documentation and follows through full hire process 
  • Work closely with payroll, provide all documentations in timely manner
  • Work closely with Supervisors/Managers to track absence and timekeeping data
  • Establish and maintain filing system
  • Ensure all statuary documentations are in place for accurate time keeping (persona/sick leaves, vacations and etc.)
  • Prepare and submit all Statuary reports in timely manner
  • Timely update information about employees entitled to health and life & accidents insurance programs
  • Ensure all data accurately gathered and provided
  • Ensure all requests fulfilled in timely manner
  • Keep HR data system up-to-date with needful records - promotions, transfers, terminations (and any other System related actions) ensuring all authorisation is received prior to processing
  • Cooperate and assist where required to HR Global Team
  • Cooperate where required with Talent Management Team
  • Assist where/when required with Bilingual Internal Documentations (Corporate Polices, Job Descriptions, etc.)
  • Gather information and record data in HR tools, monitor transaction status of tickets and escalates transactions, as necessary; 
  • Interact directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff s providing support as needed
  • Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable.
  • Support HR Projects and Initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Higher formal education required 
  • 7+ years HR Advisor experience in labor relations/HR Admin area 
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian Labor code and HR administration procedures, hands-on experience 
  • Practical experience with shift work, northern and regional coefficients
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) 
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues 
  • English – intermediate
