Sales Lead - Crystal Blockchain

Job purpose

Crystal is the all-in-one blockchain investigative tool. Crystal provides a comprehensive view of the public blockchain ecosystem and uses advanced analytics and data scraping to map suspicious transactions and related entities. Crystal BIockchain Inc. is a wholly-owned US-based subsidiary of the Bitfury Group and is responsible for all North American sales.

We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy sales consultant who can lead the Crystal Blockchain sales function through business development and client management.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline and sales funnel for the Crystal product line in the US;
  • Explain and promote product to both business and technical audiences;
  • Produce, evaluate and develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts;
  • Provide technical information and explanation to current and prospective clients;
  • Establish effective interactions between customers, partners and product management;
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs;
  • Seek customer feedback and convey to the core team;
  • Manage opportunities generated by telephone, web and e-mail inquiries , and close sales;
  • Discover, evaluate and understand key industrial values and interests of a potential Crystal customer, such as: 
    • Law enforcement agencies;
    • Private Detective Agencies;
    • Financial institutions;
    • Audit and Analytical entities;
    • Cybersecurity firms;
    • Regulators.



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or relevant work experience;
  • Strong technical background and more than 5 years of B2B sales experience with SaaS products, information technology, and/or big data analytics;
  • Familiarity with blockchains/cryptocurrencies and/or cyber investigations preferred;
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal/presentation skills and strong customer service focus;
  • Must have strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and a team player;
  • Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated record of successfully closing deals;
  • Punctuality, accountability, pedantry; accountable for all decisions;
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis;
  • Ability to work and communicate in a flat-horizontal team environment.
