Duties and responsibilities:
Be the expert for current CRM tool (Salesforce) to maximise its use for end to end Sales process, and its effective impact across all internal stakeholders across the organisation;
Lead deployment of Salesforce and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customisation, reports and dashboards proactively and on ad-hoc basis.
Systematically relieve bottlenecks in sales process and related operations;
Be self-starter, flexible to wear many functions inside Sales organization as needed, work with cross functional business partners to solve company problems;
